The WestendDuo (working title: Tower 24 ) is a high-rise in the Westend of Frankfurt am Main . The 96 meter high tower on Bockenheimer Landstrasse was built by the Hochtief project development company and completed at the end of 2006. It was designed by KSP Engel und Zimmermann Architects .

The largest single tenant is the law firm Hengeler Mueller on floors 6, 15 and 17 to 25.

The 26 floors are heated by geothermal energy. The ground floor is open to the public in the form of a restaurant ( Vapiano ) and a sushi shop (“SushiShop”), while the reception and a branch of the Bank of China are on the first floor . A closed underground car park with four levels is located under the building.

A skyscraper by Egon Eiermann from the 1960s was previously on the property , which despite its style was not considered worthy of monument protection, among other things because there are two stylistically similar buildings in the Frankfurt office district of Niederrad , the so-called Olivetti Towers .

In January 2007, Hochtief sold the building to ING Real Estate for a purchase price of more than 240 million euros. At the end of 2013 the building was acquired by Deutsche Bank RREEF .
