Wietzetze is a district of the town of Hitzacker (Elbe) in the Lüchow-Dannenberg district in Lower Saxony . The place is 8 km northwest of the core area of Hitzacker on the L 231. The Elbe flows 3 km northeast.
church
The Protestant church, a small rectangular half-timbered building with a roof turret, dates from the first half of the 18th century. The altarpiece is from the same period. It contains late Gothic carved figures (Mary, Peter, the crucified).
