Wilfried Langosz

Wilfried Langosz (* 1951 in Bremen ) is a German church music director and music teacher .

Life

Wilfried Langosz received his musical training in his hometown of Bremen. There he studied from 1970 at the University of the Arts and obtained the A-exam in Catholic church music in 1976. In the same year he became regional cantor at the provost church of St. Johann . In 1980 he was appointed church music director and worked there until his retirement in 2014.

In addition to his church music activities, he had a teaching position for organ at the University of Bremen and recorded numerous organ works by Max Reger for Radio Bremen . His students include Wolfgang Kostujak , Barbara Stühlmeyer and Martin Welzel .
