Wilhelm Friedrich Albrecht von Plessen
Hellmut Wilhelm Friedrich Albrecht Freiherr von Plessen (* July 30, 1778 ; † December 3, 1856 in Stuttgart ) was the Württemberg chamberlain , district chief forester and member of the state parliament .
Plessen is the name of an originally noble Mecklenburg-Holstein noble family. Wilhelm Friedrich Albrecht von Plessen was the son of the ducal-Württemberg Rittmeister Wilhelm Dietrich von Plessen (* 1744, † 1789) and Anna Regine born. Freiin von Gaisberg (* 1753; † 1830).
Wilhelm Friedrich Albrecht von Plessen married Wilhelmine Christiane Freiin von Palm (* 1783, † 1830) in 1805, with whom he had three children, including the later Minister of State Wilhelm August von Plessen .
Plessen was the master of the Hohenentringen manor in the Oberamt Tübingen , on which he set up a family affide commission, but later sold it to the head stable master Wilhelm Freiherr von Taubenheim in Stuttgart. He acted as district forest master in Reutlingen and was the royal Württemberg chamberlain. From 1833 to 1838 he was representative of the knighthood of the Black Forest district in the second chamber of the Württemberg estates . In 1833, Plessen was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of the Württemberg Crown .
