Wilhelm Goecke

Wilhelm Gödecke (born March 1, 1928 in Hemmendorf , Hameln-Pyrmont district ; † March 12, 2018 ) was a German politician ( CDU ) and from 1959 to 1967 a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament .

Life

Gödecke attended the Tellkampf School in Hanover and then studied law and economics in Kiel and Göttingen . In 1951 he passed his legal traineeship exam (first state examination) in Celle and was then a legal trainee in Hanover, Hamburg , Kiel and Celle until 1955 . In 1954 he received his doctorate as Dr. jur. in Göttingen, 1955 the assessor exam. From 1956 he worked as a lawyer in Hanover, since 1957 as a lawyer at the Higher Regional Court of Celle and as a notary. Most recently he lived in Celle.

From 1959 to 1967 Wilhelm Gödecke was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament. In the state elections in 1959 , Gödecke entered parliament via the CDU state list; in the state elections in 1963 , he won the direct mandate in the constituency of Celle . Gödecke was a member of the parliamentary committee for legal and constitutional questions.
