Wilhelm Juergensen

Wilhelm Jürgensen (born October 2, 1902 in Mohrkirch-Osterholz , † March 19, 1972 in Lüngerau ) was a German politician ( NSDAP / AO and Schleswig-Holstein Community ).

Jürgensen attended elementary school in Mohrkirch-Osterholz, the preparatory institute in Kappeln and a teacher training college in Eckernförde . He was a private tutor in Nieby , a teacher at the agricultural school in Kappeln and at the adult education center in Mohrkirch-Osterholz. After taking his second teacher examination in 1930, he was a guest student at the extended Danish university in Askov , teacher at German folk schools in North Schleswig in Süderhaff , Lügumkloster and Baurup and then head of the elementary school in Lüngerau. As a member of the NSDAP foreign organization , he was very active as a journalist in Denmark and wrote around 600 articles in the Nordschleswigsche Zeitung under the pseudonym Asmus von der Heide . As a result, he was sentenced to seven years in prison, but released early and expelled in autumn 1949.

From July 1952 to January 1954, Jürgensen was a member of the state board of the Schleswig-Holstein Community (SHG) and then state chairman. Since the foundation of the Schleswig-Holstein bloc (SHB), an electoral association of the SHG with the German party , he was its second state chairman. He was a leader in the German ethnic group in North Schleswig , member of the management of the German Youth and the Small Political Council as well as borderland and ethnicity advisor of the district youth association Flensburg-Land, member of the board of the SHHB , board member of the basic political council, managing director of the Lindewitt committee and chairman of TSV Lindewitt. From 1954 to 1958 he was a member of the state parliament of Schleswig-Holstein .
