Wilhelm Kraft (politician, 1892)

Wilhelm Kraft (born April 30, 1892 in Niederelsungen , † March 19, 1962 ) was a German politician ( FDP ) and former member of the Hessian state parliament .

After completing primary school, Wilhelm Kraft trained as a banker. From 1914 to 1918 he did military service. After the First World War, he worked as a bank representative until 1932. After the bank collapsed as part of the German banking crisis , he left the banking service and did an apprenticeship as a baker. In 1937 he passed the master craftsman's examination and has since operated his own bakery. He was deputy state guild master and held other honorary posts. On October 1, 1940, Kraft joined the NSDAP ( membership number 8,210,543). Wilhelm Kraft was a member of the FDP after 1945 and from December 1, 1954 to November 30, 1958 a member of the Hessian state parliament.
