Wilhelm Leyn

Wilhelm Leyn (born November 12, 1875 in Hanover ; † April 2, 1921 there ) was a German architect .

Born in the early days of the German Empire , Wilhelm Leyn studied architecture after attending school from 1894 to 1897 in his hometown at the Technical University there and in Munich from 1897 to 1900 at the Technical University there .

In 1901 Leyn became a member of the Hanoverian Bauhütte zum Weißen Blatt .

From 1909 to 1920 Leyn worked independently with the architect Rudolf Goedecke .

Wilhelm Leyn died at the beginning of the Weimar Republic at the young age of only 45 years.
