Wilhelm Voerg

Wilhelm Ludwig Voerg (born April 18, 1833 in Wimpfen ; † January 9, 1888 there ) was a Hessian entrepreneur and politician ( NLP ) and a member of the 2nd Chamber of the Estates of the Grand Duchy of Hesse .

Wilhelm Voerg was the son of the master baker Wilhelm Friedrich (in official documents Wilhelm Friedrich V) Voerg and his wife Regine Sophie, née Siller. Voerg, who was Protestant, married Bertha nee Schneider (1834-1887).

Voerg was a partner in the Wimpfen paper factory and leaseholder of the town hall restaurant “Harmonie” in Heilbronn .

From 1887 to 188 he was a member of the Second Chamber of the Estates. He was elected for the constituency Starkenburg 1 / Beerfelden .
