Willi Weglehner

Wilhelm "Willi" Weglehner (born July 4, 1948 in Thalmässing ) is a German writer and composer .

Life

In his youth he first attended the humanistic grammar school in Windsbach and was a member of the Windsbach boys' choir . After graduating from high school, he did basic military service from 1967 to 1969 and studied law from 1969 to 1973 at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg , political economy, dialectical and historical materialism and education .

From 1980 to 1995 Weglehner was also active as a composer, lyricist and producer in the field of light music under the pseudonym Leo Garsson . His works were u. A. interpreted and known by Bata Illic , Roy Black , Chris Wolff , Johannes Heesters , the Kastelruther Spatzen and the medium Terzett .

He taught at the primary and secondary school in Thalmässing until 2000 and has been retired for health reasons since that time.
