Wilhelmine "Minna" Rathner , married Wilhelmine Kupka (born October 4, 1863 in Vienna , † July 17, 1913 in Baden ) was an Austrian dancer .

Wilhelmine Rathner was the daughter of a glazier. In 1878 she became a corp dancer in the ensemble of the Vienna Court Opera . From 1885 she was a solo dancer there. In 1900 she retired and two years later married J. Kupka, director of the relief agency.

She became very famous as the gypsy girl Oliva in Sonne und Erde (premiere: 1889) and as the German master corporal in Rund um Wien (premiere: 1894), both under the choreography of Joseph Haßreiter .

Her brothers Alfred (1862–1918) and Ferdinand (1868–1923) were also solo dancers at the Court Opera.
