The Wilhelmshöhe , formerly also called Jockelsberg , is a 368 meter high elevation in the area of the municipality of Oderwitz in Upper Lusatia in Saxony . Like the Stumpfeberg to the south and the Spitzberg in Oberoderwitzer , the Wilhelmshöhe belongs to the Eibauer basalt cover , but unlike the Spitzberg, this was not broken through by phonolithic lava, the basalt lies on top.
The Dienel mill was built here in 1806 and operated until the end of the 19th century. In 1896 the mill was demolished to make room for an excursion restaurant.
The mountain is not far south of the federal highway 96 .
