Will Kemp
William "Will" Kemp (born June 29, 1977 , Hertfordshire , England , UK ) is a British dancer and actor .
Act
Kemp began his classical dance training at the age of nine. Among other things, he attended the renowned Royal Ballet School in London. At the age of 17 he became a member of the group "Adventures in Motion Pictures (AMP)". Here he danced the main role of the swan from 1997 to 2000 in a version of " Swan Lake " that was exclusively made up of men .
Kemp was also seen in several commercials for the GAP clothing company , including alongside Sarah Jessica Parker .
In 2004, Kemp first appeared in the cinema. In the film version "Van Helsing" he was seen in the role of Prince Velkan Valerious at the side of Hugh Jackman and Kate Beckinsale . In the same year the film "Mindhunters" followed .
In 2008, the dance film "Step Up 2 the Streets" was released in which he plays director Blake Collins.
Kemp and his wife have a daughter and a son.
