Will Steinberg

Wilhelm Martin "Will" Steinberg (born April 4, 1892 in Berlin ; † December 6, 1934 there ) was a German librettist .

Life

Will Steinberg was a son of Michaelis Steinberg and Anna Steinberg, nee Kohn. He worked as a writer for the stage and film and lived in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg until his suicide in 1934 .

Steinberg wrote the libretti for several operettas, including those of the composer Walter Bromme  :
