The single was released on October 4, 1995. The singer is Lyane Leigh and the rapper is David Brandes .

It was the final release from the first cast of Lyane Leigh and stage actor Raz-Ma-Taz . Only a few weeks later, the two left the group and were replaced by the two stage actors Jeanette Christensen and Terence D'Arby .

The single is, after Fred Come to Bed and Max Don't Have Sex with Your Ex , the third most successful single from E-Rotic.

As with the previous E-Rotic songs, this single is all about sexual intercourse . In contrast to the other songs, the subject of safer sex was also addressed in the lyrics, which is where the name Willy Use a Billy ... Boy comes from. The German condom brand Billy Boy was mentioned in the name and text (only in a different spelling) .
