Science forum chemistry
The Science Forum Chemistry (short form WiFo) is a German science congress on chemistry .
The GDCh Science Forum for Chemistry takes place every two years at different locations in Germany. The conference is organized by the Society of German Chemists . It is considered the most important and most important chemistry congress in Germany.
In addition to the scientific lectures, many prizes and awards from the GDCh are given at the Science Forum . There is also a company exhibition, a job exchange and a supporting program that is also intended for the interested public.

The GDCh Science Forum Chemistry 2019 took place from September 15 to 18 in Aachen. The Fresenius Prize , the Karl Ziegler Prize , the Heinz Schmidkunz Prize , the Adolf von Baeyer Memorial Coin and the Wöhler Prize for Sustainable Chemistry , each with the award year 2019, took place. Plenary symposia on the topics took place “Fascination Chemistry”, “Molecular Design” and “Resources” take place.
