The house of Radebeuler architect Friedrich Rötschke located in the district Oberlößnitz the Saxon town of Radebeul , in Hoflößnitzstraße 15. Shortly after his doctorate as Dr.-Ing. In July 1932 , the architect Rötschke, a member of the Association of German Architects , applied for the construction of this house at the Technical University of Dresden . Together with Emil Högg , with whom he also ran the Högg & Rötschke architectural office in the 1930s , he designed the two-storey plastered building with a natural stone base and a gable roof with a bat dormer on each side.

The house, which was completed in May 1933, faces the street with the gable side, the garden is on the south side. The rectangular windows, which were formerly provided with folding shutters, mostly have a horizontal shape. On the south side there is a panorama window and a Söller . The fence is formed by a picket fence .

Friedrich Rötschke (born June 23, 1891 in Bautzen , † July 30, 1969 in Radebeul ) is buried in the Radebeul-Ost cemetery.
