The Wol ( Russian Воль ) is a right tributary of the Wytschegda in the Komi Republic in northwestern Russia .

The Wol rises in the southern foothills of the Timanrücke . It flows mainly in a southerly direction and flows into the upper reaches of the Wytschegda. The Wol is 174 km long. Its catchment area covers 1810 km². In May, during the melting of the snow , the river floods .
