The Wolf Creek is a 7 km long left tributary of the Muskingum River , a tributary of the Ohio River in the central US state of Ohio . The outflow is via the Muskingum River, Ohio River and Mississippi River into the Gulf of Mexico . Wolf Creek is part of the Mississippi river system and is formed by the confluence of West Branch Wolf Creek and South Branch Wolf Creek about 4 km southwest of the town of Beverly in Washington County . Wolf Creek flows into the Muskingum River near Beverly.
