Wolfgang Richter (born January 1, 1945 in Mittelaida ) is a German lawyer and politician ( FDP ) and a former member of the Saxon state parliament .

Life

Wolfgang Richter visited the EOS in Brand-Erbisdorf , where he also passed his Abitur. This was followed by a study of law in Leipzig with the state examination in 1969. Between 1970 and 1974 he was a judge at the Marienberg District Court . From 1974 to 1983, Richter was legal advisor at VEB NARVA Leuchtenbau Lengefeld and at the Chemnitz District Economic Council .

Between 1983 and 1989 Richter built up a craft business. From April 1990 he was a lawyer in Olbernhau .

Richter is Protestant, married and has two children.

From May 1990 Wolfgang Richter was a member of the district council in the Brand-Erbisdorf district and since April 1990 the district chairman of the FDP in Brand-Erbisdorf.

In October 1990 Richter moved into the Saxon state parliament via the state list, to which he was a member for an electoral term until 1994. There he was deputy chairman of the rules of procedure committee and a member of the petitions committee.
