Wonreli is an Indonesian town on the island of Kisar .

Kisar lies between Timor, Wetar, Romang and the Leti Islands

Wonreli is near the west coast of Kisar. It is the capital of the island and the sub-district (Kecamatan) Pulau-Pulau Terselatan in the district ( Kabupaten ) of Southwest Moluccas ( Maluku Barat Daya ), Maluku Province . The northeastern island of Romang and its neighboring islands also belong to Pulau-Pulau Terselatan .

Residents

The Desa Wonreli has a population of 6,652 (2010).

history

From September 16, 2008 to November 26, 2012, Wonreli was also the de facto capital of the Southwest Moluccas District. In this role he was replaced by Tiakur on Moa .
