Woroschba ( Ukrainian and Russian Ворожба ; Polish Worożba ) is a village in the west of the Ukrainian Sumy Oblast with about 1,600 inhabitants (2004).
The village, first mentioned in writing in 1654, is located in the northeast of Lebedyn Rajon on the banks of the 22 km long Voroschba at its confluence with the Psel . Territorial road T-19-09 runs through the village in a north-south direction . Lebedyn Rajon center is 23 km southwest and Sumy Oblast center 28 km northeast of the village.
Woroschba is the center of the district council of the same name with about 2400 inhabitants, to which the villages are added
