Vysochanske ( Ukrainian Височанське ; Russian Высочанское Vysochanskoje , Romanian Lac ) is a village in Budschak , the southern part of Bessarabia in the southwest of the Ukrainian Odessa oblast with about 860 inhabitants (2001).
The village, founded in 1932, is the administrative center of the district council of the same name in the north of the Tarutyne district, right on the border with the Republic of Moldova, to the village of Hanniwka ( Ганнівка ⊙ ) with about 250 inhabitants, which is still there to the south .
Tarutyne district center is 43 km south and Odessa oblast center is 180 km east of the village.
