The Seesker Heights , also called Seesker Heights (Polish: Wzgórza Szeskie ), is a wooded mountain range in northern Poland and at the same time a mesoregion according to the geomorphological classification of Poland .

The ridge is a southern part of the Baltic ridge and is located in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship in the former East Prussia , near the border with the Russian Kaliningrad Oblast . It limits Masuria to the northeast. The Seesker Berg (Góra Szeska, 309 m) is the third highest point in northern Poland.

The Seesker Höhe emerged from moraines from the Weichsel-Würm glacial period .
