Xie Ming (born November 6, 1982 ) is a former Chinese ice hockey goalkeeper who played five years for Chinese teams in the Asia League Ice Hockey .

Career

Xie Ming began his career as a hockey player in the regional amateur team from Qiqihar , for whose professional team he made his debut in the Asia League Ice Hockey in 2005 . Also in 2006/07, when the team called themselves Changchun Fu'ao , he played in the ALIH. In 2007, Changchun Fu'ao merged with the Hosa Ice Hockey Team from Harbin to form the China Sharks , for which Xie was now active and continued to play when the team was renamed China Dragon in 2009 . In 2010 he returned to Qiqihar and played again for the local amateur troupe, where he ended his career in 2012.

International

Xie Ming made his debut in the Chinese national team at the 2006 World Cup in Division II. Also in 2009 , 2010 , when he achieved both the second-best catch quota and the second-best goals against goals of the tournament behind Estonian Mark Rajewski, in 2011 and 2012 he played with the Team from the Middle Kingdom in Division II.
