On June 7, 2019, Yan Air's Air Operator Certificate was temporarily revoked by the Ukrainian Aviation Safety Authority. The reason for this is investigations into a safety-critical incident when a Boeing 737-400 (UR-CQX) approached Chișinău Airport on April 19, 2019.

Destinations

Yanair flies from Kiev internationally to Batumi and Tbilisi in Georgia and Tel Aviv in Israel . In Ukraine, Kharkiv , Odessa and Vinnytsia are served.

Because of the Crimean crisis , Simferopol airport was removed from the list of destinations.
