The Yanert Fork is a 50 km long right tributary of the Nenana River in Alaska .
The Yanert Fork is fed by the Yanert Glacier at an altitude of about 850 m . The Yanert Fork flows north of the main ridge of the northern Alaska range in a predominantly west-northwest direction. It finally flows into the Nenana River 4 km northeast of McKinley Park .
The river was named by the US Geological Survey (USGS) after Sergeant William Yanert, who took part in an expedition led by Edwin F. Glenn in 1898.
