Yang di-Pertua Negeri Sabah

Yang di-Pertua Negeri Sabah refers to the ceremonial head of state in the Malaysian state of Sabah . He is appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong on the proposal of the Prime Minister. The Yang di-Pertua Negeri bears the title Tuan Yang Terutama (TYT), which means " His Excellency " .

The current incumbent has been Juhar Mahiruddin since January 1, 2011 .
