action

The gifted swordsman Ochō Inoshika arrives in the Japanese port city of Kobe to pay her last respects to the murdered head of the Ōgi clan - a godfather who once stood up for her and lost a finger joint for it. Due to a mix-up, shortly after her arrival, the beauty falls into the clutches of shady gangsters, who first stun her with drugs , then abuse her and subject her to a brutal examination of her vagina . When the men notice the mistake - the gang abuses the sexual organs of female couriers for drug smuggling - they let go of her. The humiliated victim then loses consciousness. When Ochō wakes up again, she is with a knife in her hand next to a woman's corpse whose genitals have been mutilated. The murdered woman is part of a brutal series of murders that has rocked the metropolis for some time. The serial murder is supposed to be foisted on Ochō - fortunately , the ex- Yakuza Jōji , who suddenly appears, helps her escape.

Humiliated and bitter, the fighter gets to the bottom of that mysterious series of murders; at the same time she tries to hold her tormentors accountable. In the course of the plot, the leading actress crosses the paths of the ex-prisoner and Ōgi-Yakuzas Jōji, who wants to kill Goda, the illegal new leader of the criminal organization, several times. She also meets the nun and gang leader Yoshimi, who is also chasing the unknown serial killer, as she blames the perpetrator for the murder of several gang members. In addition, Ochō allies himself with a pimp, whose lovers act involuntarily as drug couriers.

At some point Ochō tied up with Goda, who secretly runs the lucrative drug trade to pay off outstanding gambling debts. Ochō finally gets on the trail of the bizarre drug smuggling ring. In this situation Goda turns out to be a cold-blooded despot who has his own underage niece murdered in order to maintain his own position of power. Nevertheless, he is exposed by Jōji and Ochō. At the end of the film there is a final clash of the different yakuzas with a group of angry women who victoriously fight their male oppressors. In the last scene, Ochō walks towards a stylized sunset, followed by a group of loyal fighters.
