Yasmine Blair (born August 13, 1983 in Los Angeles ) is an Austro-American presenter who now lives in Berlin . She is the daughter of the musician Frank Blair, former bassist for Robert Palmer and Marvin Gaye .

life and career

Blair spent the first ten years of her life in Los Angeles, California. In 1993 she moved to Vienna .

In 2003 she graduated from the commercial academy in Vienna and then began her studies at the Center for Translation Studies at the University of Vienna . From 2005 to 2008 she worked for the Austrian Federal Ministry of the Interior as an interpreter at the Asylum Office in Traiskirchen.

Blair's career began in 2004 by hosting a number of commercials for the Ax deodorant brand. She then became the host of the game show Hollywood Quiz on The Fourth . From 2006 to 2007 she hosted the music program music 'n more, together with Doris Golpashin , and the cinema magazine skip.tv on RTL II Austria. She gained greater fame by moderating the youth magazine Sixpack on MTV Austria. From 2012 to 2013 she moderated the information magazine Upgrade for Unitymedia .

She has lived in Berlin since 2008.

Since 2013 Blair has presented the knowledge magazine TM Wissen on Servus TV ( Red Bull Media House ) together with André Lampe and Sebastian Huncke . Since 2014 she has also been working worldwide as a Mercedes-Benz reporter for the Daimler car company.
