Yazid (Morocco)

Yazid ( 1750 - February 23, 1792 ) ( Arabic اليزيد بن محمد, DMG al-Yazīd b. Muḥammad ) was Sultan of Morocco from 1790 to 1792 and a member of the Alawid dynasty . His predecessor was Mohammed III. , from whom he took over the office of sultan in 1790. When Yazid died in 1792, he handed the Sultanate of Morocco over to his successor Sulayman .
