This culminated in the presentation of the "Roadmap to a New Nigeria," a document set down by the APC as a public letter of intent should it be elected to power. The highlights of the roadmap include a free school feed, a conditional cash transfer of 25 million to the poorest Nigerians if they enroll their children in school and have their children vaccinated. There have also been a number of programs to improve economic opportunities for Nigeria's large proportion of young people.
