Yoshiko Honda ( Japanese 本田 佳 子 , Honda Yoshiko ; born May 23, 1966 in Aomori as Yoshiko Mikami ( 三 上 佳 子 ), internationally also Yoshiko Honda-Mikami , is a former Japanese biathlete and cross-country skier .

As usual in Japan, Yoshiko Honda was a biathlete of the "Winter Combat Training Unit" (Tōsenkyō) of the ground self-defense forces . She is married and lives in Sapporo . In 1990 she started biathlon. At the Biathlon World Championships in 1991 she reached place 5 in the individual on 15 km. A year later, she took part in the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville , where biathlon was also an Olympic for women for the first time. In their women's race, the sprint, Honda was the only participating Japanese woman to be 22nd. With this she also achieved her best international result and achieved points for the only time, although at that time no World Cup points were awarded for races at the Olympic Games. In the singles she came in 35th place. A year later she started at the 1993 World Championships in Borowetz on rank 28 in sprint and 42 in individual. The Olympic Winter Games in Lillehammer in 19942 marked the end of his career . Honda finished 44th in the sprint and 54th in the individual. In the World Cup she took part regularly, but without achieving any results worth mentioning.

Honda started cross-country skiing at the 1990 Asian Winter Games in Sapporo . There she won silver over 10 km classic and gold with the relay.
