Yrondu Musavu-King (born January 8, 1992 in Libreville ) is a Gabonese football player .
Club career
Musavu-King joined the SM Caen reserve team in 2010 at the age of 18 after graduating from high school that same year. He was only able to establish himself in this during the 2011/12 season. After the first team was relegated to the second division in 2012, the Gabonese signed his first professional contract with Caen and thus moved up to the first team. Even if an injury break ruined his preparation for the season, he made his second division debut on November 23, 2012 in a 1-0 win against SCO Angers , where he played for the full 90 minutes. Subsequently he was mainly used in the reserve selection. In September 2013 he was awarded for one season to the third division club ES Uzès Pont du Gard . In this he was able to fight for a regular place, but had to accept relegation as bottom of the table at the end of the season. He then returned to the SM Caen, who had meanwhile been promoted to the top national league.
On September 28, 2014, he was set in central defense from the start in a 0-0 draw against RC Lens , making his first division debut. In the following period he was occasionally used again. In the summer of 2015 he moved to Granada CF in the highest Spanish league. Since he did not get any match practice in Granada, he was awarded to the French first division club FC Lorient for the second half of the 2015/16 season , but did not get more than four competitive games there.
National team
A few months after his jump to Caen's first team, Musavu-King was first considered for an international match of the Gabonese selection . In the 0: 1 against the Republic of the Congo on March 23, 2013, he made his debut and was right in the starting lineup.
