The Zastava 10 is a small car from Zastava Automobili ad The vehicle was built as a license replica of the Fiat Punto since 2007 in Kragujevac , Serbia . As a Fiat Punto, the vehicle is still sold in Bulgaria and Albania , for example . In 2008 the end came.
history
After the sanctions against Serbia and the NATO air strikes, production of the existing models at Zastava was almost completely stopped. The development of new vehicles and new technologies also stalled in the 1990s. Therefore, Zastava needed an investor or partner.
At the end of 2005 a cooperation with Fiat was agreed. The first examples of the Zastava 10 were produced by Fiat in Italy. Fiat delivered the necessary equipment for the production of the Zastava 10 to Serbia, where it was assembled in the plant in Kragujevac.
Motorization and equipment
The Zastava 10 was only available with one engine:
- 1.2-l four-cylinder petrol engine , with 1242 cm³ displacement, in-line design, 44 kW (60 PS)
The Zastava 10 was only available as a five-door model with five different equipment packages: Standard, Standard +, Comfort, Dynamic and Impressionante.
