A group around an Iraqi student in Cologne is planning a terrorist attack similar to the attacks in New York, London and Madrid in Germany, after initially not knowing anything about his plans. The destination is a subway during rush hour. But the police have already got wind of the matter.
reception
The film was shown at the Festival des Films du Monde Montréal and at the Hofer Filmtage and was also released on DVD as part of the New German Films series .
According to Frankenpost , the film manages “with the excellent actors, in addition to the questions, to create understanding for the audience for the procedure that ends in a fatal act of violence”. When it came to the DVD release, Kabel1 wrote about the film: “An unembellished glimpse into the inner workings of terror” Although Benjamin's feature film debut could not convince in all aspects, it gets under your skin and “Friends of high-quality entertainment will get their money's worth with this gripping political drama ".
