Zeng Jianhang ( Chinese  曾 建 航 , Pinyin Zēng Jiànháng ; born September 17, 1998 ) is a Chinese hurdler who specializes in the 110-meter distance .

Athletic career

Zeng Jianhang gained his first international experience at the 2016 U20 World Athletics Championships in Bydgoszcz , where he was eliminated in the first round with 13.90 seconds. In 2018 he won the silver medal behind the Kuwaiti Abdulaziz al-Mandeel at the Asian Indoor Championships in Tehran in 13.74 seconds . In August he first took part in the Asian Games in Jakarta , where he was sixth in 13.65 s. The following year he reached seventh place at the Asian Championships in Doha in 13.85 s. He then retired at the World Relays in Yokohama in the pendulum team relay with 57.54 s in the run, but qualified in the hurdles sprint for the World Championships in Doha, where he retired with 13.68 s in the preliminary round. He then won the silver medal behind the Russian Sergei Schubenkow at the World Military Games in Wuhan in 13.53 s .

In 2019, Zeng became the Chinese champion in the 110-meter hurdles and the 60-meter hurdles.
