Zhang Pengfei ( Chinese  张鹏飞 , Pinyin Zhāng Péngfēi ; born May 9, 1998 ) is a Chinese ice hockey player who has been playing for the team from Chengde in the Chinese ice hockey league since 2014 .

Career

Zhang Pengfei began his career as an ice hockey player with Beijing Ice Hockey , where he made his debut in the Chinese league at the age of 15 . In 2014 he moved to the team from Chengde , where he has been playing ever since.

International

For China, Zhang Pengfei took part in the junior division of the U18 World Championship in Division II 2014 and the U20 World Championship in Division II in 2014 and Division III in 2015 and 2017 . He also represented his colors at the 2017 Winter Universiade in Almaty, Kazakhstan .

The defender played with the men's national team for the first time at the 2017 World Cup , when he was promoted from Group B to Group A in Division II.
