Zion Rose Corrales-Nelson (born October 11, 1998 in Burnaby , Canada ) is a Filipino sprinter .

Athletic career

Kristina Knott gained her first international experience in 2014 when she finished fourth in the B final over 400 meters in 55.32 seconds at the Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing . Shortly before, she retired from the Junior World Championships in Eugene with 24.34 s in the first round in the 200-meter run and was disqualified over 400 meters in the preliminary run. Two years later she reached the semi-finals at the U20 World Championships in Bydgoszcz over 200 meters and was eliminated there with 24.05 s, while she failed in the 100-meter run with 11.80 s in the first round. In 2017, at the Southeast Asian Games in Kuala Lumpur , she reached eighth place over 100 meters in 12.01 s and was fourth over 200 meters in 24.26 s and won the Philippine 4-by-100-meter relay in 44.81 s the bronze medal behind the teams from Vietnam and Thailand. In 2019 she set a new national record over 200 meters in Sacramento with 23.16 s, but was replaced as the record holder by Kristina Knott in the same year . In December she was eighth over 100 meters at the Southeast Asian Games in Capas in 11.90 s and won the silver medal behind Thailand in 44.57 s with the relay.
