The Zotye T600 is an SUV from the Chinese car manufacturer Zotye .

history

T600

The T600 debuted as a concept car at the 2011 Shanghai Auto Show . Production of the series vehicle started in December 2013, and sales started that same month. At the market launch, the five-seater was only available with a 1.5-liter, 119 kW (162 hp) petrol engine . The vehicle with a 140 kW (190 PS) 2.0-liter turbo engine from Mitsubishi Motors was presented at the Beijing Auto Show in April 2014 .

Visually, the vehicle is similar to the VW Touareg II and the Audi Q5 .

T600 S

In May 2016, the Zotye T600 S was launched, a variant with a sportier look. Compared to the T600, it is 17 millimeters longer and 8 millimeters flatter. The motors from the T600 are used on the drive side.

T600 coupe

The Zotye T600 Coupé was introduced as the third variant of the T600 in spring 2017 . For the first time as a concept car concept T600 S this variant was launched in April 2015 at the Shanghai Auto Show. Compared to the T600, the T600 Coupé is 23 millimeters longer and 2 millimeters higher. On the drive side, the 1.5-liter gasoline engine familiar from the T600 is used, but the T600 Coupé has an output of 4 kW less. A 1.8-liter turbo engine is also available.

With the vehicle, the manufacturer is following the philosophy of Great Wall , which also launched a five-door version of the Haval H6, known as a coupé , in June 2015 .
