The journalist Kathrin has no problems with small white lies, whether at work or during sex with her young lover Luca, with whom she convincingly fakes orgasms. But that all changes when she tries to get rid of her allergy. Because the powder that she receives from the Chinese therapist Wong Li has a serious side effect: She can no longer lie and tells everyone the truth.
The change has an impact on her job: When she messed up an interview with the famous actor Daniel König, she was unceremoniously fired. In addition, her unfaithful ex-husband Michael appears again, who tries to end up with her after an affair.
