Between Hirsch Chajes
Zwi Hirsch ben Meir Chajes (born November 20, 1805 in Brody , Galicia , Austrian Empire , † October 12, 1855 in Lemberg ) was an Orthodox rabbi and Talmudic scholar . Chajes worked in Zolkiew for many years . He came from a Bohemian-Jewish family and is considered one of the most important Galician Talmudists of his time.
