The Zwiesel , also called Zwieselberg , is a 1348 m high mountain in the Bavarian Prealps near Bad Tölz . The mountain can be reached as an easy hike with a 620 m ascent from the Waldherralm car park in Wackersberg . The Zwiesel is located in the immediate vicinity of the Blomberg . From the summit of the Zwiesel there is a good view of the Benediktenwand , the Karwendel , the Rofanspitze and the Kitzsteinhorn. Below the Zwiesel summit, at 1245 m, lies the Zwieselalm (also known as Schnaiteralm or, in dialect, “Schnoaderalm”).
