Echo Dnia (Echo of the Day) - Kielce regional daily newspaper given for a year to 1971. He belongs to the first ten places of best-selling regional newspapers in Poland (according to the Connection of the Inspection of Distribution of the Press).

Privatized in 1991, a Kielce Agency of Trade and Marketing became his owner Acumen. From 8 July 1991 given in the new design and the format. In 1992 title seized by the new owner which a Mitex building enterprise, belonging to the known Kielce businessman of Michał Sołowow. To 1993 spent as the evening paper, next, positively until today, as the morning daily newspaper. Separate insert from November 1993 joined to the Friday edition - Program TV.

Newspaper is printed in three editions: Kielce, Radom and Subcarpathian. Apart from the editing two editorial branches in Radom and Tarnobrzeg operate in Kielce. The newspaper is spreading through three provinces: Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, Subcarpathian Voivodeship (four districts:Mielec, Nisko, Stalowa Wola and Tarnobrzeg) and South Masovian,Radom, Przysucha. Fixed allowances are being attached to the basic newspaper: on Monday - Super Sports Echo, on Tuesday - My House, on Wednesday - Our Style, on Thursday - Health, on Friday - Super Relaxation and on the area of some districts weeklies: Ponidzie Echo, Echo of Powiśle,Echo of Końskie, Echo Skarżysko-Kamienna, Starachowice Echo, Echo of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, Jędrzejów Echo and Włoszczowa Echo; on Saturday - Laid-back.

At present an Echo of the Day isn't only a paper edition. The publisher put to a web portal (www.echodnia.eu). Readers will find the majority of articles printed in the paper edition there. The publisher started also thematic portals, among others kultura.echodnia.eu, the Food and the Play, on Tongues, Sport, the Health and the Beauty. At present (Megapanel PBI results of the examination - category Information and regional and local Journalism/information - July 2011) ECHODNIA.EU is biggest in Poland with regional press online services, and in the Świętokrzyske Region is reaching a large audience (Users Real), overtaking even all-Polish portals so as Onet, Gazeta.pl, Interia or Wirtualna Polska. from 2007 Miłosz Skiba of the online editing of the Echo of the Day.

On 2005 year purchased the newspaper Orkla. 1 June 2006 the Echo of the Day united with the Word keeping the old title. From 1 September 2006 has a circulation colourful press, also a design changed, so-called layout. At present the newspaper belongs to the British Mecom Group. Stanisław Wróbel is the editor-in-chief.
