The Collector's Series, Volume One

The Collector's Series Volume One is Céline Dion's compilation, her eighth English album and twenty-seventh in total (if counting the French albums). It was released on October 23 2000. The album was re-named Tout en Amour (meaning All in Love) in France.

Album information

It's a compilation of some of Dion's biggest hits and a few rarely-heard non-English language songs. The Collector's Series Volume One features "The Power of the Dream" from the opening ceremony of the 1996 Summer Olympics, as well as duets, and French, Spanish and Japanese songs. It also includes singles like "Where Does My Heart Beat Now," "Only One Road," "Falling into You," "The Reason" and "That's the Way It Is."

Tout en Amour Limited Edition inluded twelve colour postcards with previously unreleased photos of Céline Dion.

Chart success

Although The Collector's Series Volume One wasn't promoted in any way, the album sold 3.5 million copies worldwide, topping the chart in France, and reaching top five in Canada and Greece. It was certified gold in eight countries.
