Adrenaline Rush 2007 is Twista's 7th studio album. It was originally to be released June 2006, but it was pushed back. It is slated for release on August 14, 2007.

It is said that it will contain the Just Blaze produced Ass Whoop featuring Saigon. Chicago's own Toxic and Traxster among others are expected to handle the majority of production for "Adrenaline Rush 2007" and rumor has it that Twista's highly anticipated Overdose Part 2 song (produced by The Legendary Traxster) may end up on the album as well.

The first official single from the album is called "Give It Up" featuring Pharrell.

In May, a track called "Be My Wifey" leaked onto the net, that featured verses by Obie Trice. The track appears to be fake, because the chorus (sung by Trey Songz) is a 'sample' from another song and Lil' Jon (who screams 'yeah' and 'okay') isn't really in the song - adlibs taken from Usher's "Yeah". The beat is probably also fake, because it sounds like a beat made on the computer. The track is 5:12 long and is rumored to be the second single off 'Adrenaline Rush 2007'. It is unknown where the verses by Twista and Obie Trice are from.
