Lester Morgan Suazo (2 May 1976 in Villanueva de Santa Cruz de Guanacaste - † 1 November, 2002) was a Costa Rican football goalkeeper.

He tried his luck as a sweeper and center-forward before turning goalkeeper. After he became professional with AD Guanacasteca, he played for CS Herediano. He had been unlucky with injuries, which have often struck just as his international career seemed set to take off. He had a brief season in Mexico before returning to Costa Rica. He was member of the Costa Rican squad in the 1995 World Youth Cup in Qatar.

Also, he played for the Costa Rica national football team and was a participant at the 2002 FIFA World Cup. He made his debut for the "Tico's" in 1999 against Jamaica and collected his 6th and last cap against Colombia just before the 2002 World Cup Finals.

He committed suicide in November 2002.
