(10720) Danzl is an asteroid of the main belt , which in the context of the April 5, 1986 SPACEWatch -project at Kitt Peak National Observatory ( IAU code 695) in the Sonoran Desert in Arizona was discovered.
The asteroid was named on May 9, 2001 after the US student and Spacewatch employee Nichole M. Danzl .
