(1118) Hanskya is an asteroid of the main belt discovered on August 29, 1927 by Russian astronomers Sergei Ivanovich Beljawski and Nikolaj Ivanov at the Crimean Observatory in Simejis .
The asteroid is named after the Russian astronomer Alexis Hansky .
