(1271) Isergina is an asteroid of the main belt , which was discovered on October 10, 1931 by the Russian astronomer Grigory Nikolayevich Neuimin in Simejis .

The asteroid was named after Pyotr Wasiljewitsch Isergin , a doctor and friend of the discoverer.
